Refund policy

Return your Item for any reason and you will receive your original payment

 

• You must file a return request within 3 days from delivery to claralinemakeup@gmail.com.
• The return label must be paid by customer. It will be deducted to original payment.
• Item must be shipped back to CLARA LINE LLC no later than 7 business days.
• We will email the return label within 48 hours upon filling the return. 
• The item must be in the same condition when we ship and not open box and not used.
• Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a refund to your original payment method or our site credit within 5-10 business days.
• If the return does not meet that requirement, the Item will not be eligible for a refund, and we will ship it back to the buyer's address.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: CLARA LINE cannot accept international returns. Please make sure to check all descriptions and detailed pictures before buying them. We are also not responsible for the customs fee if applicable in your country.
